General Deed:  General warranty or quitclaim deeds are used to add or remove owners of property by gift or sale.

These are the steps to obtain your deed:

1.  Complete a "Deed Worksheet" on this page.

2.  Schedule a video consultation by using our online calendar. 

3.  Pay your invoice.

4.  Review your documents in our secure client portal. 

5.  Schedule a video conference to sign your documents by using our remote notary service.

After your documents are signed, we will record your deed with the county register of deeds, and provide you with a recorded copy by email.  We will also file the necessary tax documents with the city, township or village in which the property is located.
